TABITHA, who was only with us for a week when she died unexpectedly one day before we could even call the vet. | ||
TIKKI, one
of three brothers and sisters called Rikki, Tikki and
Tavi (after Rudyard Kipling's mongoose). She had a penchant for sleeping in wastepaper baskets. She was another who went out one day and was never seen again, at six months old. |

TRAMPAS, a stray who arrived in a terrible state, who I fed, de-flea'd and wormed. Once he started to show an improvement, he moved on to pastures new (or old) with never a bye your leave. | None of these were with us for long, but they all left memories that will live on. |
HE-MAN and SHE-RA, Bagpuss's kittens who are now under a rosebush in our garden. |
